How do I order from The Food Production ?

Easy. Give us call to order from a person directly. Or email us and let us know about your event. We are available 24/7 via email. For a rushed service, please know we charge an additional fee. We do not offer same day service on all locations. For specific details please email us about your event or type of food service you require. We are a full service catering company. We offer drop-off and event catering based on location. For more details and specific locations please give us a call.


Can I use gift cards on the website?

Yes you can use The Food Production Gifts card to make food purchases for pick up orders and in person food services. If you have questions about the balance, please give us a call or email. We do not offer reimbursement on gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your The Food Production Gift Card please give us a call or email.


How do I pick up my order?

We offer pick up orders based on the location. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to let you know when your order is ready for pick up. For rush orders and services, depending on location, there are additional rush fees.


What is the difference between delivery and drop-off service?

We offer delivery services to our clients on selected zip codes. We have a variety of perishable and non-perishable items. Free shipping is also available in certain areas with in 3-6 days depending on the location. We do not deliver some perishable items. For more details on which perishable items require full service please contact us. We are a full service catering company. Offering box drop-off service as requested for most items. How soon do I receive my order?

Everyday catering including special catering orders, rushed order, or full service catering order are available 24/7. All orders are based on time of event, date and place. For full details please give us a call. For online orders, 2-10 days based on location and time you placed your order. For a full list of places we deliver to and provide service in please give us a call or email us.

COLD & HOT PLATTERS

All items are refrigerated if meant to be cold. For hot dishes, we deliver freshly made food and provide full service catering if requested. For delivery catering service, most of our dishes can be reheated.

HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT

Planning your event, requested the food too early. Give us a call, we are happy to assist.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. We do not offer refunds for orders cancelled on the same day of the event or pre-orders made for pick up. If you need help canceling an order please call us so we can help you get a full refund.


CHANGING MY ORDER

Modifying my order. We do not offer modification for all dishes and orders. If an order needs to be modified please let us know 48 hours in advance. We do not offer same day modification on certain food orders on perishable items. We make our food fresh. We source locally as much as possibly available depending on seasonable items availability.
